Reservation

After receipt of your application for reservation (by e- mail, post, fax or telephone you receive after a few days the confirmation from us by post.

Together with the confirmation you also receive the invoice. After we have received the deposit in time the reservation is definitive.

Period of rent

The period of rent for the tepee or the gite is at least 1 week and runs from Saturday 15.00 h to Saturday 10.00h. Outside the season it is also possible to rent our gite for a shorter or longer periods. The camping-places have a reservation per night.

Payment

The deposit for each reservation is 50% of the total amount of the invoice and shall be in our possession within 10 days after receipt of the invoice (without deposit it is not possible to claim your reservation). The balance of the invoice shall be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start of the rent period. In case of reservation within 8 weeks before the start of the rent period the total amount shall be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice.

The total amount shall anyway be paid before the tipi, the arch tent or the gite can be occupied or before you can enter the camping.

Cancellation

be in writing and shall be signed by the person who has signed the reservation form.

• When an cancellation takes place more than 10 weeks before the start of the period of rent, 70% of the deposit shall be refunded.
• When annulling 8 to 10 weeks before the start of the period of rent 50% of the total rent shall be refunded.
• When annulling 4 to 8 weeks before the start of the period of rent 40% of the total rent shall be refunded.
• When annulling 4 weeks or less before the start of the period of rent 10% of the total rent shall be refunded.
• For annulling on the starting date of the period of rent or after that no restitution shall be done.

We advise you to take out a complete travel, annulling and liability insurance.

Cleaning

You have the possibility to clean the gite or tent by yourself, if you are choosing to let us do it you will

• pay 45 euro for gite 1,2,3,4
• 60 euro for gite 5
• 30 euro for the tents

Linen

Bedding and kitchen towels are included the price. It's possible to rent towels.

Pets

Pets are allowed in consultation with us; damage caused by your domestic animal shall however be recovered from you.

Maximum number of persons

The maximum number of persons of the relevant tepee or gite may not be exceeded, unless explicitly agreed on with the owner. This however, involves extra costs. For possible visitors approval shall have to be obtained from the owner. The use of the swimming pool by visitors is not allowed.

Eenergy

All prices are including water and electricity. We expect you to be water and energy conscious.

Claims

• During their stay tenants are responsible for the tepee, arch tent or the gite, the contents and all other matters belonging to the relevant tepee or gite. Also damage caused by co-occupiers or domestic animals has to be paid by him/ her.
• The owner cannot accept any claims or responsibility for damage and inconveniences in whatever form and originated by whatever cause, for the tenant or his co-occupiers being present in the rented tepee, gite or in any other building situated on the estate Roussel.
• Notwithstanding the extreme meticulous construction of our offer for tepees,arch tents, gites and camping places we cannot accept responsibility for inconveniences emanating from interim changes of situations through no fault of us and/or unbeknown to us.
• We cannot accept any liability or responsibility for damage and inconveniences in whatever form and originating by whatever cause on the estate in general.
• Notably the stay on the area in and around he swimming pool and on and around the playing equipment which are present on the terrain of Roussel are at your own risk.
